Terms of sale

These are the terms on which Hipdeer Technology Limited, the company behind the VORLINA brand, quotes and supplies equipment to business buyers. They are written in plain language. Where a term is agreed for your order specifically, the quotation and invoice govern.

Quotations

Quotations are issued ex-works unless the quotation states otherwise, and each quotation states its own validity period. Prices cover the goods as described in the quotation; freight, insurance, duties and any local charges are separate unless the agreed shipping term includes them.

Minimum order and samples

The minimum order is a single unit — for stock configurations and for OEM work alike. Samples of stock configurations are built in three to five working days. Bulk orders are scheduled separately and we confirm a production date rather than assume one.

How an order runs

• You send the models, volumes and destination market.
• We quote ex-works pricing and a sample or production schedule.
• Where branding is involved, artwork is signed off before production starts.
• Production runs on our own lines, with multi-stage quality control.
• Before dispatch we send a test video of the unit that will ship, and packing photographs for your approval.
• Nothing leaves until you have confirmed those, or told us to proceed without confirmation.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed per order and per market and are stated on the proforma invoice or invoice for that order. We do not take payment through this website, and we do not ask for payment to any account other than the one named on the invoice.

Shipping, packing and transfer

The shipping term (and therefore where risk and title pass to you) is agreed per order and stated on the quotation. Units ship in a carton, a flight case or a wooden case depending on the model and the route. The carton dimensions and gross weight for every model are published on its product page so you can price freight before you commit.

Damage, shortage and defects

Inspect the carton before you sign for it, and unpack against the packing photographs we sent you. If something is missing or damaged, tell us as soon as you can — with photographs, the model code and your order reference — and before the goods move on from your warehouse wherever possible. The earlier we know, the more we can do.

Warranty

The main unit carries a 1-year warranty on every model we supply. Consumables — probes, cartridges, inks, gels and masks — are single-use items and are not covered. The warranty terms for a specific model are confirmed with your quotation, and it is worth reading them before you order rather than after.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can if an order needs to change. What can still be changed depends on how far the order has gone — a stock unit that has not shipped is a different situation from a custom-branded run that has already been produced — and we will tell you where your order stands rather than leave you guessing.

Your brand, your artwork

When you send us a logo or artwork, you confirm that you hold the rights to use it. We use it for your order and for nothing else, and we do not resell or publish it. Our own brand and the photography on this site remain ours.

Whose brand is on the unit

VORLINA is a brand of Hipdeer Technology Limited. Where a model is supplied as an authorised OEM or distribution line, the unit may carry the manufacturer’s original branding; those photographs are shown on this site as they are, and the positioning is stated on the product page.

Regulatory responsibility

Requirements for aesthetic equipment differ between markets and change over time. We supply the technical documents we hold so that you and your own adviser can assess what applies where you sell. Buyers are responsible for compliance in their own jurisdiction.

Delays beyond our control

Freight schedules, customs processes, public holidays and events outside our control can move a delivery date. When that happens we tell you what we know and what we are doing about it, rather than quietly re-dating the shipment.

Governing law

Unless the quotation states otherwise, these terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
