How a sample order runs, from enquiry to dispatch
Most of our first orders are a single unit. This note walks through what actually happens on one, so you know what to expect at each step and what we need from you.
01 · Start with the model code
Send model codes and quantities rather than a general description. Each product page lists the SKU for its configuration, and quoting from the code avoids the most common source of error — a unit specified for the wrong market.
02 · Confirm the configuration before the price
Three details change both the price and the lead time, so we confirm them at the start rather than after the order:
- Voltage and frequency — the same model is built for different mains supplies
- Plug type for your market
- The language of the operating manual, and whether consumables should ship with the unit
03 · Quotation and terms
Terms are confirmed per order and per market, in writing, together with the specification. The minimum order is one unit — for stock configurations and for OEM work alike.
04 · Lead time is two different numbers
Stock configurations ship in 3–5 working days. That figure describes a unit that already exists in the configuration you asked for. A non-stock configuration, or an OEM order carrying your logo and packaging, is scheduled separately — on those we will give you a production date rather than a range.
05 · The unit is verified before it is packed
Before the carton is closed we run the unit, record a test video of the actual machine that will ship, and photograph it in its packing with the accessories laid out as they will arrive. Both go to you for confirmation, and nothing is dispatched until you have seen them.

06 · What travels with the shipment
- Packing list, with carton dimensions and gross weight per box
- The test video and the packing photographs for your order
- Commercial invoice, and the documents your destination requires
- The operating manual for the model and voltage supplied
07 · The sample becomes your reference unit
A first order of one unit is not a formality — it becomes the reference the repeat order is built against. Two things are worth asking for at this stage: the manual for the exact model supplied, and the consumables list with part numbers. With both on file, the second order and every consumable reorder after it are unambiguous.

08 · Visiting the factory
Our facility is in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. Tell us your travel dates and we will plan the schedule around your itinerary, including airport pickup. Most buyers combine the visit with a review of the sample unit and the configuration for their first bulk order.
09 · What we need from you to start
- Model codes and quantities
- Destination city, and the Incoterm you are buying on
- Voltage, frequency and plug type for your market
- Branding requirements, if any, and the packaging you need
- Your deadline, so we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable
Send those five and we can quote against a real specification instead of an assumption.
