What we check before your order leaves the factory
Every unit is assembled and inspected in our own facility in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. This note sets out the sequence an order goes through before it is released for dispatch — and the evidence you receive at each step.
01 · Before assembly
Components and consumables arrive from our supply chain and are checked against the specification for the model being built. Anything that does not match is set aside rather than built into a unit. Consumables — cartridges, probes, gel, masks — are stored and packed separately from the machines.
02 · Assembly on our own lines
Units are assembled and wired in our factory, not bought in finished. Our 5,000 m² facility runs four production lines with six in-house engineers covering electronics, firmware and mechanical assembly.
03 · Powered test run
Every unit is powered on and run. We exercise the functions the model is specified to perform and check the output parameters against the specification sheet for that model — not against a generic checklist.
04 · Multi-stage quality control
Inspection happens at more than one point, not only at the end. A unit that fails an inspection goes back to the bench; it does not continue down the line. This is the part of the process that is hardest to show a buyer, which is why we record the next two steps.
05 · A test video for your order
We record a video of the unit running — the actual unit that will ship — and send it to you. If a function does not behave the way you expect, this is the point at which it is cheapest for both of us to find out.
06 · Packing photographs
Before the carton is sealed we photograph the unit in its packing, with the accessories and consumables laid out as they will arrive. You can see what is in the box without opening it.
07 · Your approval, then dispatch
Nothing leaves until you have seen the video and the packing photographs and confirmed them. If something is wrong at that stage we fix it here, where we can, rather than after a container has sailed.
08 · Packing and freight data
Units ship in carton, flight case or wooden case depending on the model and the route. Every product page lists the real carton dimensions and gross weight, so you can price freight before you enquire.

- A test video of the unit that will ship
- Packing photographs taken before the carton is sealed
- The carton dimensions and gross weight for freight planning
- Consumables listed separately, so you can plan replacement volume
- Lead time stated as 3–5 working days for stock and samples; bulk orders scheduled separately
