A factory that exports, not a trader that resells.
Every unit is assembled and inspected in our own facility. We run a multi-stage quality control process, and before dispatch we record a test video and packing photographs for each order — so you can verify what is being shipped before it leaves us.
Sales, engineering and dispatch sit under one company, Hipdeer Technology Limited, with the head office in Hong Kong and the plant in Baiyun.
Where applicable, our products are tested to European electrical safety (LVD) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standards. Which directive applies to which series — and what the documents do and do not prove — is set out on the Certifications page.

Our in-house team covers electronics, firmware and mechanical assembly — which is what makes ODM work possible rather than just label changes. Custom configurations, from a different handpiece set to a different control interface, are built and tested here before they join the range.
If what you need is a stock model with your brand on it, that is the faster route and it starts at one unit. If you need something the range does not cover, send the specification and we will tell you honestly whether we can build it.
